The object of this module is to increase learner’s knowledge of good file management techniques and the need to save documents with associative names in organised folders. Equip learners with the knowledge and techniques required to format, proofread, correct and track changes to corrections and spelling errors within documents. Develop and Improves learners abilities to work with graphics and tables using Word Processing software. Enable learners to increase productivity when processing multiple documents, labels and envelopes for inward/outward delivery through Word Processing mail merge techniques. Test learner’s knowledge of Word Processing Skills.
