Unit 1: Developing yourself as an effective HR or L&D Practitioner
This course will provide an understanding of how HR activities support an organisation’s strategy and assist the achievement of business objectives and how these are shaped by internal and external factors.
At the end of the module learners will be able to:
- Develop a sound understanding of the knowledge, skill, and behaviour required for a professional HR or L&D practitioner
- Know how to deliver timely and effective HR services to meet user needs
- Reflect on own practice and development needs, maintain a plan for personal development
