Entry Requirements

There are no specific academic entry requirements for this course. The area of customer service continues to become more important for companies wishing to keep current customers while they drive their businesses forward in a structured way.  Please note:It is advisable for learners to have an English Language competency of B2 on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), or IELTS 5.0, or equivalent
