Entry Requirements

There are no specific entry requirements, but personal qualities such as motivation and commitment are important.  Experience working in an office environment and basic computer skills are required.   
 

English Language Proficiency Test where deemed appropriate or an IELTS score of 5.0

Evenings: Tuesdays and Thursdays + 2 Saturdays workshops

On successful completion of all assessments learners will be awarded the:
 

  • CIPD-Certificate in Human Resource Practice (CHRP) and may apply for Associate membership of the CIPD
  • This qualification is a Level 3 (equivalent to A Level) on the UK Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF). This is comparable to Level 5 on the NFQ in Ireland

Progression

Achieving CIPD CHRP certification is proof of your professional achievement, providing you with a solid credential leading to better job opportunities and a well-defined career path - progress to:
 

  • CIPD Diploma in Human Resource Management Level 5
  • (Equivalent to Level 7 on the NFQ)
  • Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt)
  • Supervisory Management and Leadership Level 6
