Under the new Common Points Scale for Leaving Certificate 2017 applicants must obtain a minimum of 5O6/H7, including a language and a minimum of O6/H7 in Maths.
Applicants who are second language speakers of English an IELTS score of 6.0 or equivalent and hold International Equivalent to Leaving Certificate

For mature learners (i.e. age 23 and older), applications will be individually assessed in order to determine suitability through Dorset College’s ‘Recognition of Prior Learning’ policy

On successful completion of the BSc in Computing & Multimedia Level 7, Graduates who gain this award may progress to a one-year honours level 8 programme in computer science in one of the higher education providers.
