This MTA Microsoft Technology Associate Training Course will provide learners with skills and knowledge that will enable them to develop a career in this field.  The certification is proof of a person's competence across a spectrum of skills including development of various types of applications that run on Windows, how to create graphical user interface (GUI) applications that run on Windows by using Windows Forms or Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF), how Windows Services are programmed and hosted on a computer that runs Windows, how to access data from various sources for use in a Windows-based application and how to successfully deploy a Windows application to target computers.

The Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) is Microsoft’s newest suite of technology certification exams that validate fundamental knowledge needed to begin building a career using Microsoft technologies. This program provides an appropriate entry point to a future career in technology and assumes some hands-on experience or training, but does not assume on-the-job experience.
