Those who successfully complete the Internet marketing and ebusiness course may consider other related FETAC Level 5 and 6 courses in Marketing or other professional career focused programmes such as CIW Web Design Master qualifications or Business Studies. Participants will have the skills, knowledge and competencies to pursue a career in a growth sector with opportunities’ in start up eBusiness’ and development of eBusiness and Search Engine strategies in existing businesses.

 

Internet Marketing & eBusiness

This FETAC eBusiness and Internet Marketing course includes; SEO, Website Optimisation and is designed to enable the learner to apply the principles and practice of eBusiness. Understanding on-line Marketing and eBusiness  will enable participants to appreciate the role played by technology in business today; appreciate the opportunities presented by on-line marketing; understand the potential social, legal and economic impact of eBusiness and recognise the importance of network security to eBusiness activity.  Participants will learn what key decisions to take to ensure that their website is optimised fully and cost effectively using all the web based technologies available.

Pre-requisites

This Internet Marketing & eBusiness course is open to all with general work/life experience.
