Office Technology & Administration Course

The Office Technology & Administration Course will provide preparation for immediate employment or upgrading in secretarial, administration, reception or clerical positions in business, industry, or government.  The Office Technology course will provide students with an excellent foundation upon which to build a career and progress to professional programmes.

Assessment

A combination of module appropriate assessment procedures will facilitate the assessment of learning outcomes of the Office Technology course. These methods will include a combination of final written examinations and continuous assessment processes such as assignments, collection of work, learner records, projects and skills demonstration.
